Continued Road Work in Maccabim Reut to Cause Changes in Traffic Next Week

The Modiin Maccabim Reut Municipality has posted an official bulletin to their website announcing extended traffic changes due to road work in the upper asphalt neighborhood of Maccabim Reut.

The work will take place from November 21, 2010 to November 25, 2010 from 8:30am until the end of each workday in the evening. A different road will specifically be worked on on each day: Sderot HaPrachim on the 21st, Sderot HaOmarim on the 22nd and the 23rd, and Yovalim St. on the 24th and the 25th.

Different sections of the roads will be closed one the days that the road work is scheduled to take place. An effort will be made to allow residents access to the adjacent streets via alternate routes as much as possible, in accordance with the area's roads and traffic developments.

The residents are asked not to park their cars in their usual parking spots on the streets listed above, so that the municipality wil be able to improve them.

All road work is being carried out with the permission and in coordination with the police. All residents are asked to follow any guidelines that may be given and signs they may encounter, and to drive safely and appropriately for the roads' conditions. The municipality thanks you for your cooperation, understanding, and tolerance, and apologize for any temporary inconvenience that may be caused in order to improve the streets of Modiin Maccabim Reut.
