Many city residents may have noticed that road work is currently being performed on Sderot HaChashmonaim, between Yitzhak Rabin and the entrance to Anabe Park. This process is meant to allow residents of Mesuah comfortable access by foot from their neighborhood to the park. The pavement of a path on the northern side of Sderot HaChasmonaim between HaChashmonaim Junction and the entrance to Anabe Park began last week, and will continue over the next few days. The path is expected to be ready to be walked on within the next month.
In addition, construction work has begun these days in HaCramim neighborhood. This includes installing road signs, creating a traffic circle at Tishrei St. and Cheshvan St., gardening at the Shevet and Adar Junction's traffic circle, and completing gardening and stratification work (including the placement of road bumps at relevant spots).
Construction of a new, neighborhood park in HaMeginim will also begin soon, in the framework of the construction to develop the city. The park, which will be located at the corner of Haim Laskov St. and David Elazer St., will include play facilities for children and toddlers and shading structures.
