Update: Postponed to Thursday, March 7 due to the weather.

Modiin Maccabim Reut’s annual second-hand costume fair will take place on Thursday, February 28 between 16:30–19:00 outside Heichal Hatarbut, 49 Emek Dotan. The city’s Department of Culture and Events invites residents to exchange, buy and sell second-hand costumes at the fair. Residents should come with costumes they no longer need, a table or blanket to display costumes, and small change. In addition to buying and selling costumes, residents can also donate costumes to nonprofit organizations.

Purim is only a few weeks away. The second-hand fair is an opportunity to purchase costumes at a lower cost ahead of the city’s adloyada which will take place on March 15. Entrance to the fair is free and there will be a makeup stand for the children. In the event of rain, the fair will be postponed. For more details, contact the Department of Culture and Events at 08-9726173 and on the day of the event, contact the Moked at 106.
