The field, that is 40 meters long and 25 meters wide, is designated for the general public for games seven on seven players. The field will be open seven days a week from the morning until 23:00 at night. Last week Mayor Bibas met with the director of Amutat Ironi Modiin, Eli Savach and director of Minhelet Ofek where it was decided that the new field will be available to children from the Amuta, with an emphasis on the girls’ teams in order to encourage girls’ activities within the framework of the Amuta.
The field will be open for municipal teams Sundays through Thursdays between 15:45 and 19:45. Afterwards, until 23:00 the field will be open to use by residents for a fee of 100 shekels per hours for teams from the city. It was also decided at the meeting that the field will be available for rent on weekends during the hours of the pool, also for a fee of 100 shekels per hour, for teams who want to play on a synthetic field.
