Modiin Maccabim Reut joined the Office 365 project, the goal of this project is to provide the city's schools and teaching staff with the ability to acquire learning and teaching skills in the innovative era of digital environment, and to enable the local authority to empower students, school principals and teachers. This is an initiative of the Ministry of Education and the Federation of Local Authorities in cooperation with Microsoft who is giving students Office 365 to install on their home computers. Students can enjoy all the applications of Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more. As part of the project, students can benefit from an advanced platform that encompasses Microsoft Office 365 technologies and makes them accessible to users in a way that enhances the learning and teaching experience. The program is available to all teachers and students in the city at no cost. It can be installed on up to five devices in the home (computers, tablets and cellphones). This convenient and advanced system includes integration with the Ministry of Education systems and a unified password system in order to provide a uniform identification service for the Ministry of Education systems.
