New Principal for AMIT Boys’ High School

Lior Halevy will be principal of AMIT Boys’ High School next year. He was chosen last week by the tender committee made up of representatives of the Ministry of Education, the Iriyah and AMIT. The current principal, Avi Schochtman announced that he will be returning to his position as principal of Ariel Elementary School.

Halevy was previously a teacher in Yeshivat Raanana, vice principal of the upper school and principal of the middle school at Yeshivat AMIT Eliraz in Petach Tikva. He spent the last two years as a Fellow at the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership. He holds a BA in Middle Eastern studies and Bible studies and a master's degree in history, which he graduated with honors and is a graduate of the “Avnei Rosha” principal course.
