Oznai Haman (Hamentashen)

150 grams sugar
200 grams margarine or butter
300 grams flour
2 eggs
Teaspoon vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
Grated lemon
Mix the margarine, sugar, the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour and baking powder and form into dough. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut circles with the rim of a glass. Use your choice of fillings for the middle and fold three corners in to form a triangle. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
